While starting with quality ingredients is certainly an obvious choice when you want to deliver a quality a product, it’s not always quite that simple.
Since purchasing R&R Pizza Express here in Lakeside years ago, Derek & Sterling has been embraced by the local community, and certainly a hit with our summer visitors as well.
However, they know that this can change in an instant should they become complacent in their role at the restaurant.
These owners quickly realized that good food really begins with a love of cooking and of people, and an unrelenting spirit to work hard and persevere no matter what.
On that note, Derek & Sterling would like to express their sincere “Thanks” to all who have continued to support this small business, and countless others. 🙂
